Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean, but some areas needed improvement like the dirty carpet and toilet tiles. The atmosphere was relaxing, especially with the pool and fountain, but the lack of food variety at breakfast was disappointing. Unfortunately, there was no dedicated kids' playing area. The internet connection was only available in the reception and quite slow due to the hotel's outdated facilities.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice and spacious, but some areas were not as clean as I expected. The service was friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the shortcomings. The location worked well for me, close to where I needed to be. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were adequate.
I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, but a bit smaller than expected from the Booking images. The staff, especially Miss Sanaa, was friendly and meticulous in their service. The location, while away from the city, was convenient due to its proximity to the airport and the famous Cairo Festival Mall. The dining experience was okay, but the breakfast options were limited. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
